Bread is both a metaphor and an actual way of developing a circular economy. Mixing water and flour, attracts natural yeast, which starts to ferment, with a little nurturing it will produce a culture that provides a mother dough that can sustain ongoing bread making.
This is the kernel of our project, combining nurture and nature to create unique, exciting futures, by using our loaves, to earn the dough to fund our arts projects.
